Principal's Message

August 4, 2022

Welcome to Bella Vista High School and the 2022-23 school year!  I am excited to welcome our students and parents as the new Principal of Bella Vista High School.  Having been at Bella Vista for the past eight years as a Vice Principal, I am eager to continue leading our students, staff, and families out of the pandemic and reinstating pre-COVID events and traditions.  We are looking forward to a year of full of renewed experiences to reconnect students to school.  Staff has been eagerly preparing for the return of social activities such as indoor athletic attendance, dances, and rallies.

Bella Vista has long been recognized as a school that inspires students to academic and personal excellence through curricular rigor, character development, and extracurricular opportunities.  Through working partnerships with parents and staff, we are able to provide students an enriching learning environment that prepares students for college or career.  Students and parents are encouraged to participate in school leadership and shaping the school culture through multiple opportunities including Site Council, PTSA, Student Government, Link Crew, and Student Voice Forums.

I look forward to the exciting year ahead of us, building partnerships amongst our community, and the opportunities to inspire our students to being their best selves.

Bryan Irwin, Principal
Bella Vista High School
