Work Permit
Summer requests for current BVHS enrolled students:
Please go to bellavista.sanjuan.edu/resources/work-permits to print your Work Permit Application.
June 15 through August 7, please email your completed forms to darcie.mahlke@sanjuan.edu for processing. You will receive an email upon approval to arrange a time to come to the front office to pick up your work permit.
Summer Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm
