If you are a pup lover, please join us for the SPCA Doggy Dash. Two students will get to wear the Golden Retriever Costumes and lead the Golden portion of the parade. Students must be very animated and enjoy interacting with the crowd. Other students will support members and their pups as well as the rescue. Each position is very important.
- Must be able to walk 2 miles and carry approximately 15 lbs. Two students will be in charge of the support cart for Goldens that can't make the entire walk. If you are camera shy, this may not be for you. The news loves the Goldens.
- We will meet at William Land Park - 3800 Land Park Drive - precise location will be given once Norcal Golden Retriever Rescue has their designated spot. Watch your emails. You can always text Robin at 916-591-4051 if you have any questions.

Sacramento Food Bank: Once a month the San Juan Unified School District in partnership with the Sacramento Food Band does a food distribution open to everyone. We need volunteers to help! Set up time is 10-11am and clean up is 4-5pm. We also take volunteers to work the event from 2-4pm helping navigate the crowd. If you can't stay the whole time, no worries, we can have you do whatever hours you are available. Please let allison.dillard@sanjuane.edu know if you have any questions.
